About the Journal

The Textile Science & Research Journal (TSRJ) is a scientific journal that publishes new and important research about textiles, fibers and clothing. It shares discoveries from around the world about how fibers, fabrics, and clothing are made and used. Only high-quality articles with original ideas are accepted for publication.

Textiles and fiber-based materials—like woven fabrics, nonwovens, and fiber blends—are essential in today’s world. While they are common in clothing and industry, they are also being used in exciting new ways, such as in smart clothing, medical materials, high-tech filters, personal care products, and even electronics and transportation.

JTR is a trusted source for sharing research that introduces new technologies, better materials, and fresh ideas in the world of textiles.

The journal publishes articles from top universities and research centers. Topics include how different fibers are made and tested, how fabrics are processed and treated (such as dyeing or finishing), and how textile products are designed, produced, and used.

Anyone doing research, whether in a university, lab, government agency, or private company—is welcome to submit their work.
