Author Guidelines for Submission
Instruction to Authors
This guide provides an overview of the journal’s editorial policies, submission process, and author responsibilities. Authors are encouraged to read these guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscripts.
2. Scope and General Instructions
- Manuscripts must be original and not published or under review elsewhere
- Preprints are allowed but must be disclosed at submission
- Submissions must be written in clear and concise English
- The submission must remain exclusive to the journal during review
3. Types of Manuscripts
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Short Communications
- Case Reports / Letters to the Editor (if applicable)
4. Editorial Policy
All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening to assess relevance, quality, and compliance with journal guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet basic requirements may be desk rejected without external review.
Only one corresponding author should be designated for communication with the editorial office.
5. Peer Review Process
The journal follows a double-blind peer review process:
- Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts
- Reviewer identities remain confidential
- Authors may suggest reviewers (not from the same institution)
- Final reviewer selection is at the discretion of the editorial board
Based on reviewer comments, authors may be required to revise their manuscript. Authors must submit:
- A point-by-point response to reviewer comments
- A revised manuscript with clearly highlighted changes
Editorial decisions are based solely on scientific merit, originality, and relevance, independent of APC payments.
6. Manuscript Preparation
a. Structure of the Manuscript
- Title Page
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (4–6 keywords)
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgements (if applicable)
- References
b. Formatting Requirements
- File format: MS Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Page numbers: Included
c. Page Limits
- Research Articles: up to 20 pages
- Review Articles: up to 15 pages
- Short Communications: up to 8 pages
- Letters: up to 3 pages
d. Figures and Tables
- High-resolution images (minimum 1800 × 1200 pixels)
- Preferred format: JPEG
- Each file ≤ 4 MB
- Tables must be editable (Word format)
- Include captions and numbering
e. References
- References must be complete and accurate
- Use a consistent citation style (APA)
- All cited references must appear in the reference list
7. Submission Process
All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.
- Register/login to the submission portal
- Upload manuscript and required files
- Provide author details and affiliations
- Complete the submission checklist

8. Required Submission Files
- Title Page: Author details, affiliations, corresponding author email
- Main Manuscript: Abstract, keywords, full text
- Figures/Images: High-quality files
- Tables: Editable format
9. Ethical Standards
The journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
- Originality (no plagiarism)
- No duplicate submission
- Accurate data reporting
- Ethical approval for human/animal studies (if applicable)
All manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening.
10. Authorship and Contributions
- All authors must have made significant contributions
- All authors must approve the final manuscript
- Authors must agree to be accountable for the content
Authorship order must be agreed before submission. Changes after submission require written consent from all authors.
11. Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional conflicts of interest.
12. Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to all published content, ensuring free availability without subscription barriers.
13. Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction with proper attribution.
14. Appeals and Complaints
Authors may appeal editorial decisions by contacting the editorial office with justification. Appeals are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief, whose decision is final.
15. Post-Publication Corrections
Corrections, retractions, or updates are handled in accordance with COPE guidelines.
16. Submission Checklist
- The manuscript follows journal guidelines
